Q: Can you make my designs?
A: Yes, OEM/ODM is welcome, please feel free to send us pictures. If necessary, we can keep your design be protected under law.
Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we can offer the samples for free charge, but please pay for the cost of freight.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock, or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: What is the quality of your product?
A: we have more than 10 years production experience, and we have professional quality check person.
Q: What is the format of the artwork/design should I send?
A:a. PDF, Core Draw, Adobe Illustrator.
b. If you don't have any artwork/design. We have a professional design team, just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into your perfect products. It is also ok if you do not have the complete files. Send us high resolution images, we can design the layout you want.
